The Direct Help ^SM feature provides quick access to emergency related POIs so that users can make an emergency call or get directions to find the nearest aid. In addition, the feature indicates your exact location to help these services locate you.
How to access the Direct Help feature:

► Click on “Options” or the navigation screen
► Tap the screen and click on the Direct Help button
