GPS Navigators rely on the quality of navigation software and maps, and the complex interaction between them. Without knowing the specificity of the routing situation, it is difficult to determine if there is an issue and what may be at the root of it. NAVIGON USA is in the process of establishing an online means by which consumers can log their experiences related to any issue they may be experiencing on the road. In general, we consider it key to capture consumers' feedback across the full spectrum of features and functions as part of our process to continuously improve future generations of product.
