I’ve installed a NAVIGON software update, but now my device is stuck at the NAVIGON startup page. What can I do?

It is possible you downloaded a version that is not specific to your model. It’s best that you download the software update again and make sure that you downloaded the version that is assigned to your device model (2100/2120, 5100 or 7100).
