First and foremost, we listen to what you—our customers—tells us. Our product management team records and tracks all reported bugs. We read blogs. We tap into what you’re telling our customer help desk center. The bottom line is, we watch for trends. In instances where it seems like reported bugs are developing into a genuine trend, we red flag the issue for further investigation and a software fix. We make every effort to fix identified bugs in a next software release. Software releases, as such, will be issued as quickly as the issue can be fixed and painstakingly tested. We will make every effort to fix issues in the next generation software release.
