This team of engineers, all based in Chicago, is arguably the most experienced GPS team in the industry, with an average of nine years developing highly-reliable automotive-grade GPS software.

Our U.S.-based engineering team's mission is to build NAVIGON brand products with core functionalities and localized feature sets which specifically address North American market needs. Spoken driving directions via text-to-speech, lifetime traffic, ZAGAT ratings points of interest, street first address entry-all of these are specific to the North American product only.
